Her Nurse Practitioner board certification is through ANCC.

As a mother to 5 children she has always sought a more comprehensive way of healing and immunity building. Her inspiration is her kids and grandkids. She is also a proud Air Force and Navy mom.

Meet Devin Hale, RN, Our Founder

Devin Hale is a registered nurse, wellness advocate, and Founder of Ronin Vitality. With a deep passion for personalized care, Devin created Ronin Vitality to be a space where patients are truly heard, seen, and supported on every level of their health journey.

Born and raised in the Bay Area, she’s been a loyal Raiders fan since childhood, and proudly attended the very first games for both the Las Vegas Raiders and the Vegas Golden Knights. She hasn’t missed a season since. When she’s not working with patients or building the clinic, you’ll likely find her on the golf course, spending time with her three children, or planning her next adventure.

Devin brings a grounded, compassionate approach to every interaction, combining clinical expertise with a belief that real care is personal, thoughtful, and never one-size-fits-all.

What Does the Ronin Leaf Mean?

Ronin Vitality Leaf

We chose the Ashitaba leaf as inspiration for our visual identity. Native to Japan, Ashitaba is an herb celebrated for its vibrant healing properties, often used in traditional medicine to support digestion, energy, and cellular regeneration. But it’s not just its health benefits that captured us, it’s what the plant represents on a deeper level.

In Japanese, Ashitaba translates to “Tomorrow’s Leaf,” a name it earned for its rare ability to regenerate overnight. If you harvest one of its leaves, a new one often begins growing by the very next day. It is a plant defined by its ability to restore itself. To begin again, and again, and again. Regeneration is always possible, even after something has been cut away.

Many of the clients who walk through our doors are looking to start over in some way. They’re healing from burnout, navigating hormonal shifts, searching for clarity about why they feel “off,” or unfamiliar in their own body. They’re seeking not just physical improvement, but emotional steadiness and internal alignment.

Just like the Ashitaba, our clients are often in a season of regrowth. And just like the Ashitaba, they hold the ability to heal — with the right support, the right conditions, and the right care. That’s what we aim to provide at Ronin Vitality: a space where healing can happen and where you can rebuild your energy, your focus, and your confidence. Where your story is listened to, your needs are honored, and your care is truly your own.

The leaf represents more than just nature. For us, it represents hope, vitality, rebirth, and strength. It reminds us that healing is not linear, but always possible. And that even when you’ve felt disconnected from your health or your energy, tomorrow can look different. It’s a quiet but powerful symbol of what we believe in most: You are capable of regrowth. You deserve to feel alive in your body. And we’re here to help you get there.
