Schedule An Appointment

Initial evaluations and Botox appointments must be scheduled with Hilary Trumbo, our Medical Director. Other appointments may be scheduled with either Devin or Hilary. All appointments are IN PERSON at our office. If you need to cancel, please cancel using the invitation we sent you or call us at (702) 202-6516.
